BREAKING NEWS

Former President's Cup player Bradley Hughes has committed to play in the inaugural 2010 United States Match Play Championship, to be held June 29-July 3 at Pebble Creek Country Club in Taylors, South Carolina, just outside Greenville.  To date, Hughes is the highest-profile player to commit to the event.

In 1994, Hughes, originally from Australia, was named to the President's Cup team in 1994, representing the International team.  A former PGA Tour Player, Hughes also played on the Nationwide Tour, winning the 2004 Wichita Open.  He also is a two-time champion of the prestigious Australian Masters, winning in 1993 and 1998.

All-day - Complimentary Practice Round and Range Use

Tuesday, June 29
7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.: Stroke Play, morning tee times, #1 and #10 tees
11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.: Stroke Play, afternoon tee times, #1 and #10 tees

Wednesday, June 30
7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.: Stroke Play, morning tee times, #1 and #10 tees
11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.: Stroke Play, afternoon tee times, #1 and #10 tees

Thursday, July 1
7:30 a.m.: Round of 32, Match Play, #1 tee

Friday, July 2
7:30 a.m.: Round of 16, Match Play, #1 tee
12:45 p.m.: Quarterfinals, Match Play, #1 tee

Saturday, July 3
7:30 a.m.: Semifinals, #1 tee
12:45 p.m.: Championship match, #1 tee

Schedule will be adjusted accordingly for fewer than 128 players.
